These terms govern use of the Heimdall Security On Demand customer portal and related booking services. Service delivery, billing, and cancellation terms are defined in your Master Service Agreement and applicable service orders.

By submitting a service request, you agree to cooperate with reasonable site access, contact, and scheduling requirements necessary for safe officer deployment.
